Since our inception in 1999, Round Table Nepal has been driven by a singular, unwavering conviction: that the collective energy of young men, bound by fellowship, can fundamentally change the trajectory of our communities.
As I step into the role of National President for the 2026-27 Tabling year, I am deeply humbled by the legacy we stand upon. Today, our brotherhood has grown to approximately 500 passionate members across 30 Tables in 12 cities. Together, guided by our motto of “Adopt, Adapt, Improve,” we have deployed over Rs. 30 Crores into community projects, standing as first responders during the Terai Floods, contributing heavily to the 2015 Earthquake rebuild efforts, and rebuilding post-Gen Z protests.
The scale of our historical impact is a testament to what we can achieve together:
* Transforming Education: We have impacted over 100,000 children through our Freedom Through Education initiative, building 60 schools, 460 classrooms, 13 Model Schools, and constructing 100 toilet blocks to ensure safe, dignified learning environments. Every year, we continue to sponsor over 1,000 children through Educate A Child.
* Championing the Environment: From planting over 3.5 Lakh trees and recycling 41,000+ kg of waste paper into notebooks, to restoring the Everest region, our commitment to a greener Nepal is unwavering.
* Supporting Public Health & Welfare: Whether it is collecting 1,500 pints of blood annually or delivering warmth through our Winter Drives, we remain dedicated to the holistic well-being of our people.
As we look forward to the year ahead, our guiding theme is "Love Tabling". This is not just a slogan; it is a call to action. It is a reminder to embrace the joy of fellowship, the passion for service, and the profound satisfaction that comes from transforming lives. When we truly love what we do, our energy is limitless, and our impact multiplies. Under this banner, we are expanding our initiatives across three core pillars:
* Nurturing Education and Youth: We will continue to build critical infrastructure through FTE construction, support academic journeys via EAC Scholarships, elevate our Model Schools, and bring joy to underprivileged youth...
Round Table is an organization of non-political and non-sectarian young men between the age group of 18 and 40. The aim of the young men is to promote service, fellowship and goodwill in National and International affairs. The unique feature of this organization is that it always remains young, because the Tablers retire when they turn 45, giving way to younger people. Round Table's motto is "ADOPT, ADAPT, IMPROVE". This motto was taken from a speech by the Prince of Wales, in which he said: "The young business and professional men of the country must get together round the Table, adopt methods that have proved so sound in the past, adapt them to the changing needs of the times, and wherever possible, improve them".
