It is with immense gratitude and humility I submit myself to you as the National President of Round Table Nepal for 2021-22. I feel extremely honoured and proud to have got this special opportunity to lead a group of equals and serve my friends and my community.

An opportunity to lead this amazingly wonderful movement is a huge responsibility because of the rich legacy Round Table Nepal holds. It is the effort of each member and the dynamic leaders we have had, that defines what Round Table Nepal today stands for. I have been a Tabler for 11 astonishing years and the journey has been exceptional with memories and friendships created for a lifetime.

Round Table gives us an opportunity to explore ourselves and develop as a human being, a team player and a leader. Tabling is about living life to the fullest, it is about discovering, learning and making friends who become family even before you realize it. Tabling is about challenging your own thoughts and setting new benchmarks to make a difference. We all have diverse life experiences and Round Table imparts us more abilities, far beyond any qualification can teach us. This is one movement that so well justifies an all-round acquaintance, that I never had a zeal to look beyond to any other fellowship associations.

With 54 schools, 348 classrooms and counting, more than 20,000 kids benefiting each year, service projects like Earthquake relief work, Flood relief work, Health camps, Blood Donation drives, Thalassemia Project, amazing fellowships beyond boundaries and strong bonding networking - Round Table Nepal has become an integral part of my life. It has given me impactful opportunities to do so much more, given me experiences of diverse facets of life and added new dimensions of friendship, selflessness, togetherness and a zeal to contribute more to our society. It is little that we end up contributing to the movement as compared to what we get back in return.

As Tablers – by choice – we carry the good repute of Round Table at all times and conduct ourselves with the principles for which this movement stands for. With a...

Round Table is an organization of non-political and non-sectarian young men between the age group of 18 and 40. The aim of the young men is to promote service, fellowship and goodwill in National and International affairs. The unique feature of this organization is that it always remains young, because the Tablers retire when they turn 45, giving way to younger people. Round Table's motto is "ADOPT, ADAPT, IMPROVE". This motto was taken from a speech by the Prince of Wales, in which he said: "The young business and professional men of the country must get together round the Table, adopt methods that have proved so sound in the past, adapt them to the changing needs of the times, and wherever possible, improve them".
