Round Table Nepal’s motto, “Adopt, Adapt, Improve,” and our guiding principle of “Service Through Fellowship,” continue to be the driving force behind everything we do. Today, with our presence across 12 cities and the strength of over 510+ passionate members, RTN stands tall as a movement that has touched thousands of lives and continues to inspire positive change.

Our legacy is rich. From building more than 60+ schools with 400+ classrooms, supporting the education of over 1,000 underprivileged children yearly, contributing to the environment by planting over 3+ lakh saplings in just two years, Converted 41,000+ kgs of waste paper to Notebooks and Recycled 5,000+ kgs of waste from Everest Region — Round Table Nepal has proven what collective effort can achieve. The road ahead is about building on this legacy while preparing for a stronger future.

This year, our focus will be on:

* Deepening Connections: Strengthening fellowship within our tables and across borders, so every member feels valued and inspired.
* Elevating Impact: Taking our service initiatives to new heights while maintaining our proud identity as a ZERO OVERHEAD ORGANIZATION, where every contribution directly fuels change
* Empowering Members: Through leadership training, personality development programs, and passion-based initiatives that give every member a platform to grow both within and beyond RTN.

Round Table is an organization of non-political and non-sectarian young men between the age group of 18 and 40. The aim of the young men is to promote service, fellowship and goodwill in National and International affairs. The unique feature of this organization is that it always remains young, because the Tablers retire when they turn 45, giving way to younger people. Round Table's motto is "ADOPT, ADAPT, IMPROVE". This motto was taken from a speech by the Prince of Wales, in which he said: "The young business and professional men of the country must get together round the Table, adopt methods that have proved so sound in the past, adapt them to the changing needs of the times, and wherever possible, improve them".
